I have been charged from The Hudson Bay Store at toronto. I get charged because I changing price tag. Which I did the stupid mistake in my life. So they charge me Under $5000 theft.

Anybody suggest me, What should I do? If I get the lawyer will that case withdraw easily. Should I take it seriously?

You will most likely have to go to the Court and probably take classes and maybe pay a fine.

No the case will not just be withdrawn just because you get an attorney if they have good evidence against you.

I had problem in my workplace in 2003. Police come to our computer store and they issued the warrant to our emplyee, they think we have some stolen computers. But after 1 yr case with draw, But I didn't do anything.

It depends on the judge, it's his/her decision.
