    How do I wire a 110 plug there are 3 wires 2 green and 1 white which wire goes where?

    Green or bare is used for ground. Strange you have 2 grounds and no hot. Is whole house like this?

    This is actually pretty scary. Someone used a green as a hot. You need to figure this out.

    Do you have a tester?
