My soon to be ex wife moved out of state over 30 days ago. I am curious as to how long I must keep anything she left behind. This is in Florida. Thanks

The issue is here that you are first married, so it is "her" property or joint property from the marriage.

Normally in a divorce the ownership of property is settled in court. I would not dispose of anything till the issue is settled by the judge or a settlement you two work out

All settlements have already been taken care of. These are mainly things that have been left behind. Old clothes, a few pieces of furniture, things of that nature. Nothing of any real value. I just don't want to store these things if I am not required to. Thanks

Are you in contact with her at all ? If you are you can ask her for instructions in writing what to do with the property.
