My friend was reently released from jail, charged with welfare fraud. She was sentenced to 6 months, but only did 25 days and was given 5 years probation. She has a friend that lives with her and they each pay 50% of all the bills. Her friend is on a prop 36 probation which she has yet to complete. Can they continue living in the same house together or is this a violation of their probation?
