Hello everyone, I really need some help because I've been having these signs but it is too early to take a pregnancy test =/ and I am very curious! Well it started that I noticed I was running to the bathroom a lot more and then I can't sleep on my stomach now because it hurts my stomach and then I begin to feel nauseated. I have been having headaches like every day and now my stomach has been hurting a lot. Another thing is when my boyfriend and I were in the car yesterday I began to feel nauseated, which usually doesn't happen. I have also been very tired at times and sleep in much later. One last thing is that I noticed some spotting, very light pinkish blood a week ago. I would really appreciate any opinions! Please help!! Thankss!! :)

Unfortunately there is no way for us to tell. They symptoms you are experiencing are common for several different ailments, including premenstrual symptoms.

You will have to wait to see if your period comes or not. If it doesn't you can test using first morning urine.
