    Color Oops
My daughter colored her hair Black more then 6 months ago. On Wed her and a friend tried to die it blond, which the roots only changed. Last night I out 2 boxes of Color Oops which is a color remover (she has very long and very thick hair)

It brought out some color, then we used an Ultra Blond on it (this box said it was safe for black hair). Anyway her hair looks like a fire flame her roots are blonds, and hair has bolnd, brown, red, orange all through it.

I do not have the money to go to a salon. Im thinking about cutting her hair and do the Ultra Blond thing again??

    Please help we need Help:confused:

If you used bleach on the hair (Ultra Blond), you've over-oxidized the pigment and Color Oops will no longer be able to get it out.

It sounds like you over possessed it and im afraid she will have to live with it or go darker. Over processed hair can handel going darker better than going lighter. If you try to go lighter or keep trying to strip out the color with oops, it will turn to mush. And you would defiantly have to cut it then, and Im talking a very short "G.I Jane" look. Cut it or dare to go a dark red or Brown.
    Good Luck

My hair did the same thing! After a while it does look pretty cool. I suggest that you just live with it for now. Otherwise her hair will become VERY fried and dry, and she will hate it even more... so or now I'd just leave it..
