My husband was deported from the usa to jamaica over ten years ago, when will be able to return to the usa and how do we go about doing this, all his family live there, even for a visit is this allowed, what other countries is he allowed to live in, I am in the uk

Why was he deported, this was posted in criminal law, so was he convicted of some crime

He got caught with drugs and had his green card taken away then got deported

I would say it is doubtful he can come legally back into the US.

The drug conviction will also stop him from going to other countries but that is a country by country issue
