Is the laws the same on a mobile home foreclosures as it is on a home and how long does it take?

No because a mobile home is not considered real estate. What does your sales contract say about defaultng?

Unless the mobile home was purchases with land, and has a mortgage, a mobile home is repo'ed like a car not like a home.

They can basically come in after you are late and pad lock the mobile home, they will have to let you get your personal property out, ( but if couch, stove and other property came with it then it will go with it)

I see them a few times actually come with a semi tractor and they disconnect the home and drive it away.
