    Toolbar placement
I feel ridiculous. Somehow I managed to move the toolbar (clock, LAN settings, virus protection on the right; short cuts like IE, FOXfire, etc. on the left) from the bottom of my computer screen, around to the right, and then to the top of my screen and I can't seem to move it back. There must be some way to reset this back but I can't find it. Maddeningly trying to drag and drop but it doesn't go further than right margin, or partially back down to the bottom. Help!
    Dunce tonight.

I'm not sure if there's a reset button as such. The drag and drop should put it back though. Couple of things to check (assuming you have Windows XP, default look & feel):

    1. Right click on a blank part of the taskbar. Ensure that "Lock the taskbar" is not checked. If it was checked, try the drag and drop after you have unchecked it.
    2. Yet again, right click on the taskbar but this time choose properties. In the top section titled "Taskbar apperance" ensure "Auto-hide the taskbar" is unchecked and that "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" is checked.

See if that helps at all.

Thanks, it only moves the taskbar around to the right (vertically), some of the taskbar can be brought down to the right corner, but not the whole thing all the way around...

You probably aren't moving the cursor enough. You have to drag it ALL the way to the bottom before you see an outline that will indaicate its ready to dock.
