My husband was convicted of a crime and extardited to Ga from Tx in 2006 a year ago, he was put on 4 years probation and he had to pay back the fine, his probation was to be done here in Tx. Well 4 moths later he was convicted of a nother crime here and did 7 months. Tx sent his pro bk to Ga for not compling. Now Ga has him bk there, what will happen to him? Does he need an attorney will they appoint him One? This was a felony probation

He needs an attorney, I would always prefer a private one if you can afford them.

He had 4 years probation, it is very possible that GA will send him ( or at least they can) send him to prison for 4 years for his violation.

It is possible they could
1. put him back on probation
2. give him time, 30 days to a year and then back on probation
3. or make him serve the full 4 year in prison
