For a drunk driving charge I've been told if you do not receive one
Within 12 months then vase is thrown out

I was given the ticket with my over the limit reading
But that was all no charge sheet this was on November

I'm not looking to get off just want to take my punishment and get it over with deserve everything I get I'm tottaly sorry for this you might not believe this but it was the first drink I've ever had in my life

I have no idea where the "u might not belive this" part came from. You asked, I answered with a request for more information.

It's an open ticket at this point. If you want to take your punishment, then go to the Police Department that ticketed you and ask for the status.

Whether I believe it doesn't matter. I didn't doubt you.
