How can I find out who pays my ex's 1099 wages that are received weekly by direct deposit for child support garnishment reasons. He works in WA state, his direct deposit comes from a company back East and his checking account is in North Carolina?

Get a court order to servie on his bank

Office of Support and Enforcement said they will try garnishing his bank account, but they may not be able to because it's out of juristriction. So, I'm working on that. But not sure if it's going to work.
