Ford 6.0 blowing smoke after starting and won't stop
I have a 2006 ford diesel with the 6.0 motor.
It has bene in the shop about 3000 miles ago and ford replaced the intake and EGR because of carbon, the EGR was stuck open and the truck smoked a lot. Now it is blowing smoke again but I don't think its stuck cause the turbo builds boost like normal but after starting it it now has a constant smoke again. What cuold it be? Should the EGR valve pul up and out of its spot easily cause mine won't come out, just turns but won't come up?

If a diesel smokes, under any conditions other than full throttle or high load, something is wrong. Generally, too much fuel is being injected. At idle, or normal operating conditions found in the midwest of the U.S. and Canada, diesels shouldn't smoke. Are you using ULSD or ranch diesel? Too much sulphur will smoke like crazy.

How's your maintenance program? Do you regularly change the air filter, fuel filter, and purge water? The link below may help:

You didn't specify what color smoke it was... very important to the diagnosis.

White smoke - underfueled or coolant leaking into the combustion chamber
    Black smoke - overfueled
    Blue smoke - burning oil

I would suspect that it might be the EGR cooler since that has been a common problem with the six-o. Be careful because if that cooler continues to leak it can hydrolock the engine.
