I'm Always Frustrated and Constantly Angry.
Hey, I've been having this problem for the last 6-8 weeks. I don't have health care or enough money to see a psychiatrist/take medication and I really want to nip this problem in the butt before it gets too out of control.

Recently, I've found myself easily irritated at the smallest things, with a lingering anger that just won't go away. It started with just venting out-loud to co-workers about the occasional customer that was particularly annoying, which felt normal, but now I feel like I'm becoming a hassle to my co-workers hearing my now constant complaining.

From there, I now find myself arguing with my family about little things that I know shouldn't really bother me. Now it's coming to me not wanting to be around my roommates and staying in my room alone just so people don't have to deal with me. I play in a band in the area that's seeing moderate success and I don't even want to be around the guys anymore, because all I do is argue minute details on things that shouldn't even be that big of a deal.

I work in a bicycle store as a mechanic part-time as my job , so excersize comes fairly often. I haven't really tried any other forms of control (mainly because I don't know any). I did take a small, 5 day vacation to get away from everything for a bit and it seemed to really help me out, but once I came back to the "real world" it started picking up again.

Can anyone help me get this under control before it gets too out of hand??

    Thanks a lot!

Not all feelings like this should immediately need prescriptions.

Where are your anxieties coming from?

Do you have a problem and at least a person who can share it too?

What do you do to vent? Do you workout? Do you have a hobby?

If you don't, you need to find a way to get those endorphins filling your brain. Also try breathing exercises to calm yourself down before a blow up or even to stay calm. How about yoga? It is very relaxing.

Find an outlet. Just as long as it is a healthy one and not:
    -drinking
    -smoking
    -drugs
    -emotional eating
    -seeking violence
    - or any other negative outlet

Hey. I have the same feelings as you. I am constantly moaning about my co workers and my boss. I find myself picking and being negative towards my partner which causes irritation and out of control arguments. I find myself easily being bored around my friends and would prefer to sit alone at home listening to music or watching the TV or something. I love my partner and my friends and my co workers do not deserve to be moaned at constantly.

Are you being promised a promotion? More wage? Or anything like that in your job.

I have realised why I have felt like this for the past 3 months or so. My boss had promised my more responsibility and more money, however, he kept putting it off. It has caused a lot of friction between me and the higher members or my firm. But now he has finally began my training for the promotion and I feel much better.

There will be a certain thing making you frustrated, once you have figured that out, its probably simple to fix.
