Is there anybody who can help make a mortgage company be true 2 their word or at least stop pulling the same crap they always pull day after day after day until your head feels like it is going to explode. I just need to know if there is somebody I can call that will make my mortgage company stop ing me around and allow me to make my payments. Can you sue a mortgage company if they refuse to accept your payments and forclose on your house without giving you a chance to make everything right?

You need to detail what the problem is for us to truly help. You claim the mortgage servicer is not living up to their end of the contract, but what makes you says so. Obviously you are in arrears so you need to detail what you are paying.

Also, there are agencies in each state setup to help people caught in foreclosure problems. Check with your state Housing Dept.
