I have an HPXW9400 Workstation with XP Professional, two week ago it was working perfectly now I'm getting error on the network card.

It say connected and when you open a browser it say limited connection. And cannot ping other hosts on tne network. But on the icon seem like all is good.

I've tried to set a static IP, same message connected successful but cannot comuicate , limited connection.

Can you help me on this. Thanks

When you get the "limited connection" message, your network card is recognizing the fact that a cable is plugged in but it is not working properly.

Replace the cable with one that you know is working.
