My mother was recently diagnosed with Lung Cancer she has custody of my cousins two children she has had them for 6 years the biological mother has visitation but has not seen the children or talked to them in 10 months my mother lives in NC and my cousin lives in Ohio I wanted to know if she would pass away what will happen to the children and how can I get custody transferred to me
