    About network vlan structure
    I a going to design vlan layer three -ip base networking , I don't want to use port access vlaning , I am going to use super -vlan with sub vlans but I don't want to restricte my workstions to ports of switches. Can you help me how can I do this ?

    Any port that is assigned as a Trunk port will be a member of ALL VLANS.

    Are your using VLAN's for segmenting your network and/or to apply CoS and QoS policies?

    To use L3, I am assuming that segmenting your network and using VLAN routes will come into play? Is this for a VoIP network by chance?
