Hi My husband has lef us and filed for divorce but doesn't show up for court . This is the third time I am going to the courts and I don't know if he'll be there? Can I ask the judge to give me my divorce and divide the properties while he is not there. Help me please.

Do you live in BC, or canada. If so, try calling a law-line, it's free legal advice and they can tell you what your best cause of action is, with out having to depend on one of us who may not be a lawer.
Or duty councel. Do they have that were you are? I volunteer in a court house, and I know not to give legal advice unless I'm a lawer, which I'm not.

What about legal aid? — Legal aid can help. Legal Services Society, BC, Canada I'm sure that its' Canada wide, and there are some in the states too. I strongly suggest you try that.
