Reincorporating in Another State
I am wanting to reincorporate into another state, preferably Nevada or Delaware. If I do not have a "business front" in the state in which I live are there other factors that dictate where you can incorporate? I am a single owner LLC and sell in various states. The only thing done in my "state" is basically paperwork (invoices and POs). I rent warehouse space in VA which houses my inventory. Is there a website that may guide me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It is my understanding that if you have a registered agent in NV or Delaware that you may incorporate in those states.
