The only way to increase your mass is to take in more calories. I would recommend supplementing you diet with protein shakes (2 per day). Weight lifting will help as well. I used to be your height and weight. I starting lifting weights 14 years ago, and am now 130lbs and maintaining very well.
The only to increase your mass is to take in more calories as was mention above... although this is not a healthly way of gaining weight... you 're at an age where your body growth is slow and whatever size you are that's how you are going to remain,, even if u have a high increase in calories its worst for you later in life... my only advisee is to gym a lot and take lots of protein supplements... eat healthy fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water... hope that helps... :)

My son is 6 years old. His weight is around 18-20 kg and height is little below 4 fit. He is very thin. Because of low height and weight, he looks like small.
Can u advise how to gain his height and weight?
