Have a 97 intrepid with the 3.5 motor. All of a sudden the power windows stopped working and the blower motor does not work and the abs light is on. Doesn't matter if the car is running or the key is on. Checked fuses and they are still good. But there is no power to them. Where should I start?

. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

. Remove one of the fuses that tested okay but doesn't have power. Clean terminals with steel wool or abrasive cloth, reinsert fuse, reconnect negative battery cable, and test for "power through the fuse," by using a DMM and the ignition switch turned to ON. If there's still no power through the fuse, check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.
