My lease will be up in 2 and a half months. But I`ve been on a waiting list for gov. housing. And now they have called me. How can I get out of this lease so I can move in the hud place that they have found for me and my son. We have been on a waiting list for this place over a year. Now what am I to do?

There is no release normally unless the lease states a method.
