What kind of a date could you go on at 12?
I don't know many girls who are allowed to *date* at 13.

Im 12. I know how you feel. Of your friends, find out if she likes you more than one by asking one of her close friends. If your not friends, then get to know her better. If she likes you then you'll know how to ask her out.
