First time Nonresident alien income tax filing

As a first time filer, was wondering if someone could suggest the following:

1. A good online software
2. Can you file a joint return (my wife and I jointly own a rental property in South Carolina) or do we each have to split the rental income and expenses?
3. What is the deadline for tax filing for nonresident aliens?
