    Tea/coffee
Hi I just wanted to know some myths about coffee
I want you to help me compare coffee with tea , since I have 2 to 3 cups
Of either tea or coffee , or both (total)
    1) I have a stammering problem , will consuming coffee increase it ?
    2) does coffee cause acne , pimples
    3) does coffee cause acidity

The above three points were told by my friends , are they true?

In general please help me compare between tea and coffee
I consume about 2 or 3 cups of tea or coffee
And is it OK to mix the two ?(cofee in morning , tea in afternoon etc)

    State all relevant information
    Thanks
    Nitin

    Re: tea/coffee
ALthough there are people who are allergic to coffee it is rare. You are most likely wondering about your reaction to caffeine.

    1) Can increase nervousness, twitching and stammering.

    2) No studies have proven that chocolate, colas, or even nuts cause acne. If these things seem to, then try to avoid them. Acne flare-ups may be related to emotional upset, too little sleep, or hormonal fluctuations. What causes acne at any age isn't quite understood.

    3) Can cause indigestion if that is what you mean by acidity.
