I have 3 children who are American citizens and a Canadian wife.

Question: Unde the section "Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person" on the I-134 Affidavidt Of Support form, am I obligated to include the names of my American children?

If the children are yours and are already americans, you don't have to include them in the affidavit of support. It is only made for people who are not american and want to live in america.
