I live in Florida and want to know if I wave my parental rights to my children do I still have to pay child support and also do I have to pay the back due support too? Thx for any answers to this question.

You cannot stop paying support (including back support) until someone else LEGALLY adopts your children. You can't just surrender your rights and walk away from them.
