Excessive Sweating in Palms & Foot
    Hello,

I am a 24 Year old guy, I am suffering from excessive sweating in hands & feet. Basically, during the normal course of the day like while working, walking, talking etc my hands and feet prespire. It has a little relation to the temparture around as I often sweat the same way in air conditioned places where the Temparature is at 15 - 20 *C.

In a way it is inherited as my dad also has the same problem. I have tried using many antibactareail powders, all dry lotion but it does not help.

Please advice... if you have any solutions.

    Thanks :)

There is a prescription product called drysol, a very strong anti-persperant you can use on your hands and feet. Hope this helps.

I also had a problem with extreme sweating in my feet in my early to mid 20s. I find wearing fairly thick cotton socks with running shoes that are not to tight helps. Try to find running shoes with some mesh vents around the toe and side areas, they help a lot. As you approach 30, you should gradually sweat less over time. Good luck.
