I guess I should have asked this question before.

I graduated in Dec 2008. Found a job in March 2008. Worked from Mar- Oct 08 on OPT and then Oct08 onwards, I have been on H1 since. Which tax form is applicable for me ?
1040nr or 1040ez?

My uncle already e-filed taxes for me yesterday. I guess he filed 1040ez.. If the answer for above is 1040nr, what should I do now ?

You filed incorrectly. You need to amend the return, filing Form 1040X and attaching a properly-prepared Form 1040NR-EZ and Form 8843 one last time.
