My mother has cancer & wants to add my sister & I to her home title. It's paid for so there's nothing there to worry about. I'm residing in another country at this time & would like to know what we have to do in order for her to do this without me being there.

Since you use the word title, I will have to assume it is a mobile home, since they have titles,

Houses have deeds

So to add others to a mobile home, you would go to the office that issues the title, in GA and TN that is a country tax office, in other states that is the DMV.

If it is a house, your mother gets a new deed drawn up with all of the names on it, and files it at the recorder of deeds office.
