My daughter has my last name. The fathers name is on the birth certificate but when I marry I want to change her last name to my future husbands name. What are my options?

The biological father (as named on the birth certificate) will have to agree to it and sign giving permission to change her name.

Your husband will have to adopt the child. See an attorney for the requirements for adoption.
