Hi! What is the cause of dark under eye circles and the treatments for it?

There are many causes for dark circles. The most prominent is lack of sleep. However, I have an allergy to milk & dairy products cause dark circles under my eyes. It does the same to my kids. This is the only reaction I have to this allergy.

You can place cucumbers on your eyes. Also, it sounds strange but hemmorhoid cream works wonders on dark eye circles. Of course, you could also buy eye cream from Wal-Mart or Winn-dixie, etc.

Cool! Or not. Haha, that kind of cream sounds weird to use under the eyes, but I will have to try it!

Are dark circles under the eyes the same or different than "bags" under the eyes?

Well, I think I get enough sleep at night, so is there any other causes besides lack of sleep?
