    Restraining order and passport
    Hello everyone

I've never used this forum, but a friend of ours had a boyfriend that was abusive, and he returned to Ireland (his home). He found out she gave up his dog for adoption as she was left with it and couldn't take care of it. Now he's pissed and vows retaliation and she's very scared he'll come back to hurt her. It wouldn't surprise me either. Can he be flagged at the airport?

    Thanks

Flagged at the airport for what?

He is not charged with a crime, there is no warrant out for him.
So perhaps she can get a restraining order or protective over served after he comes back.

She should file a police report, it can be back dated. If she has supported evidence such as medical report after the incident, it really helps. This way there will be a warrant after him and he will be arrested as soon as he enters US.
