I have an LLC in Nevada and would like to change it to an S corp. How can I do that?

I had the same problem.. But I accidentially made myself a LLC instead of S corp... You have to Fill out FORM 1120S (Income tax return for an S Corp)

In order to become an S-Corp from an LLC, you need to file IRS Form 2553 Election by a Small Business Corporation. This lets the IRS know that you are electing to be treated as an S-Corp and then they will expect you to file the Form 1120S for your business return.
