I accidentally pricked my finger when I was using a syringe with pesticide. I was using the syringe to put pesticide in the little cracks in the kitchen wall. Do I have any cause for concern? I washed the area with alcohol.

I would read the cautions on the pesticide and see what that says and get it to bleed a little.The danger in many puncture wounds is they tend not to bleed.
I am sure your exposure was minimal.
If you are up to date on tetanus it should be fine.
