I need to translate these sentences into French, help!
I need to have these sentences translated:

    -Natalie was born in Paris.
    -We see something.
    -Julie isn't meeting anyone.
    -Someone is right.
    -We want some ice cream.
    -I can drink some soda.
-We're taking a pound of strawberries.
    -They have to learn French.
    -We're visiting you (singular familiar).
-I'm bringing you (plural) some water.
-Jeanne says that they (feminine) want the pie.
    -Let's give them the soup!
    -Sylvie doesn't understand her.
-Annick is going to write to us.

Does anybody know how to translate French? Can you help me please?

I already tried that web site (babelfish.altavista.com), and they don't translate very good. You see, I tried typing words in english to be translated in spanish,(I speak spanish) for example, and they're not always right. Sometimes they give the literal translation and that's not how you write it. So I figured if they do this with translating spanish, then they must do the same with french.
Is there anyone who actually knows how to write in french here?

"We're taking a pound of strawberries"

European French speakers use the metric system, not the imperial (metric being introduced after the French Revolution).

Just curious. Why would you take a pound of strawberries, even if France didn't use the metric system?
