We have been having unprotected sex for over a month now... I am not feeling the same as I normally do... I am a smoker and now they are so disgusting... frequent urges of getting sick... constipation, backaches, headaches from miner to severe migranes. Foods some food that I loved to eat is now sick to me and foods that I didn't have much interest in is now very appealing to me...

Your symptoms are consistent with someone who could be pregnant.
Your first and generally least severe pregnancy symptoms are right around your missed period, if you got pregnant at least a couple weeks beforehand.

You should take an at-home pregnancy test, and going to see your doctor to see what he recommends.

Yes I think its highly possible you need to be on the pill or use a condom because you can still get pregnant even if he doesn't inside you, no matter how much he thinks he can control it sperm sometimes comes out prematuraly. Withdrawing is one of the worst methods of protection. Please get a test and find out if your not pregnant then get on the pill asap so you don't have this problem before
