    Florida Squatters Law
    Re: Florida Squatters Law

Is there a Florida Squatters Law? The bailout money for Home Foreclosures has not reached Bank of America. Please advise.

No there isn't and what does one thing have to do with the other?

There is no Squatters Law presently in Florida. If you do go "squat" in a home you will be arrested for either breaking and entering and/or trespassing or both. Not such a smart thing to do even if the house has sat empty for months and months.
