I have been married with US cityzenship for an year and three month. We got married in S. Korea. Lived there for one year. We have a doughter seven month old. She is an amerikan cityzenship. I am not an US cityzenship. But I want ot became one. We came to the USA on the oct. 8th 2003. The relationships are getting worth with every day. Husband doesn't work. So here is the qwestion: If I divorse him can I stay in the US and aply for a cityzenship? If so when can I become a cityzenship?
