My GE nautilus dishwasher hums when started but it won't pump any water in. It leaked water the cycle before it stopped pumping water.

From the sound of it the pump motor is locked up which meand you might be buying a new pump unless it can be freeded up and lubricated. Now with the leaking going on you have mulitple problems and depending upon the age of the machine it might be best to consider a replacement.
