The upper refrigerator unit is no longer cooling. I have turned the inside thermostat to the lowest level and have not had any improvement. There have been several postings describing a PTC relay and the possibility of cleaning the cooling coils in the back of the fridge.

Could anyone recommend a simple solution before I call the repairman. There is an appliance parts store in my area and I'm mechanically inclined. I just need a little direction.
