My son lives with me and his mother only sees him once in a while like every other month and now they are coming to me for child support and I do not want to pay it cause I have him all the time and when she does take him it adds up to a total of about two months a year what is one to do?:confused:

You need to go to family court and file for
Physical primary custody and tell them that you DO have him all the time. Then you will have a court date where the Judge will assign a custody order basically that you have him the majority of the time and what days she is to get him.
