OK so I'm on probation right now and I already failed a UA I'm going in to take another one after 7 months of failing the first one what do you think will happen? I guess basically do you think I will be doing jail time?:eek:

So you failed one UA and now you will fail another? Hard to tell what you're asking or saying. It all depends on what the PO does as to whether you do time or not..

I think you need to pass this one.Your PO can only go so far within the law to keep you out of jail.He has rules and regulations he must adhere to as well.
If you stay clean,you won't have these concerns.
