I assume you are a guy?

Well I'm in this position so here's how I found out:

-stop wanting to sleep with you or be close (women act on emotion. If they don't feel connected or connected with someone else they will act erratic)

-wont let you see their phone if you ask

-offer no reassurance or proof they are loyal, only empty words

-get mad when you ask (if you ask nice and honestly from the heart)

-leave all the time and use friends as excuses to get out

    *If so Why etc.

    I disagree with this statement.

    - True, women act on emotion, but also if they are stressed or something is bothering them, then of course they won't "be in the mood" to sleep with you. Everyone goes through stages where they get disconnected, all we can do is offer a helping hand and shoulder to lean on. Just because she's not jumping your bones doesn't mean she with someone else.

    - I don't think the phone thing is a big deal, I don't ask to see my fiance's phone because I TRUST her. There's no need to keep asking for their phone.

    - Why should they constantly reassure you that they are being loyal? I wouldn't like it if everyday my fiancé asked me "are you cheating on me"

    - Look at the point above for why this is false

    - Define leaving all the time, a day or two a week isn't a big deal. Everyone needs time away from each other.

    Answer: when you find out.

So many people can give you tips and clues. What if the girl at the office did trip and her lipstick got on his shirt, what if she's distant because she's going through something personal. All those tips could have other answers to them.

    Have you ever consider asking?

If you been with this person for a while you should know if and when he is lying.

Read his body language and if gets offensive, then there is a 50/50 chance he is.

The only way you can know if they're cheating without her/him telling you is if you feel it in your gut that something is wrong.

    Trust your gut.

I think if you have a feeling its happening, then maybe it is. I think if nothing gives you reason to believe its happening you may be having some insecurity issues. Something could be happening in her life making her change her ways. Doesn't mean there is another man. You will just know.

    I wish

It depends if they cheated by 1 night stands. Multiple 1 night stands. Cheating when they are out of town only. Or they are they constantly with another person. There's emotional cheating. There's physical cheating.

There are too many possibilities, it's easier to help you with specific facts.

If you are here asking, then the relationship you are in is probably over.

    No trust = No relationship.

A long time ago. I suspected my husband.. err ex husband was cheating on me. He was acting differently and he was just changed. I had this intense gut feeling. I went on Google and typed "signs of cheating" and no matter what the tips where I knew it my heart I was just looking for a way to say "he's not doing that". However my gut told me so.

A few months down the road, I found out he was in fact cheating on me.

Moral of the story: you'll never know till you know.

Instinct will tell you a lot.

If things don't feel right... there maybe a reason.

But I caution those overly jealous types, because they are prime for having those feelings with multiple partners.

How many people are you dating that you're asking if "they" are cheating?

Really, more info is needed to give an answer.
