My employer applied for my H1B renewal last year. Since it was late last week started premium processing. Today I got the message it is denied. What can I do now? Can I appeal for the H1B? My spouse is in F1. So can I apply for a F2 now? Can I appeal the H1B and also apply for a F2 at the same time? Please advice me... This is urgent...

Timing is critical in your case.. to apply for change of status could take up to 3 months. You may file an appeal but the chance to get an approval is slim. Normally H-1B holders have 10 days to pack and leave.
