    Hot water stopped
I have a two handle faucet in my kitchen. It make a clunking noise last night and just stopped dispensing hot water, except for a very thin trickle. It runs cold water. I do not know the model number. I'm hoping it's just something to do with the faucet and not a major plumbing repair job. Should I just replace the faucet? Or can it be DIY fixed? Thanks for any help.

Turn the hot water stop below the sink off, then remove the hot water cartridge. Clean it and reinstall. While the cartridge is out, turn the stop back on and see what kind of pressure you get out of that side(have towels handy so water doesn't go everywhere).

Thank you so much for your help. I pulled the faucet apart, found the replacements at Jerry's and had my hot water up and running again.
