    Age gaps
Is it against the law to be with someone if you are under 16 and the other person is like over 30?

If being with means having sex, the details depend on where you are but, like, yes.

This question is often asked and answered here. I know of no laws that regulate dating. All the laws governing age of consent refer to sexual activity.

With a gap that large, even if the younger is at the age of consent, there may be a provision that a gap that large would still be statutory rape.

Leith agrees: oh OK I didn't really mean sex but still wow thanks for saying ^__^

Well, I can't see what a 30 yr old would see in a under 16 yr old. This is an unhealthy relationship on many levels. Even if there is no sex involved its still a very unhealthy relationship.
