    Hi,

    I live in Indiana and have a 1099-MISC income from CA. This work was basically done over the internet. So Could you please tell me if I have to pay any State Tax in CA.

    No, if you were not present in CA, then it is not CA income. You will report this on Indiana Tax Return. Read: Your U.S. Tax Return: Working or Living in Two or More states
