Hello everyone,

In about 2 months my school will be having its annual semi for the on going 8th graders. I have been constantly thinking what my dress should look like.


I am around 5 feet 3 inches, I have dirty blonde hair and green eyes, I am fairly skinny with pale white skin. I am sort of curvy with the acception of my weaight (which is 90 pounds). My complection is not what every teenage girl wants but I am working on it.

Please help me. I know this is a popular question but I am a uniquely different person.

Bare arms or sleeves?

I think plain would be better, I'm sort of picky with patterns.

As far as sleeves go, I don't really care.
I'm particularly shooting for something modest but flirty.

Yes its very hard to find the perfect formal dress. I am still in the process of finding mine. A few dress tips for formal:
Don't go all out, its not prom.
Most people wear dress to their knee or above to formal.
Silver high heels are the best for any dress.

Try these stores to find your perfect dress: deb, forever twenty one, wet seal, and sears.

From your description of yourself I would go with a light pink, teal, or purple color. Light pinks make your skin look really pretty and it gives your body shape. Teal will bring out your green in your eyes. Purple will set off anythingits the perfect dress color!!
